Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in a regulated Financial Services, Treasury, Finance, or related environment.
• Strong process documentation and control-design skills.
• Excellent written communication and governance documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an end-to-end inventory of capital processes, risks, controls, evidence, and dependencies.
• Establish practical control and documentation standards for regulatory and audit readiness.
• Coordinate control-readiness activities with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory Reporting, Legal, Accounting, and Technology risk partners.
• Facilitate periodic assessments to identify gaps, weaknesses, and resilience improvements.
• Clarify accountability and strengthen evidence practices with process owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting on process health, remediation status, and control readiness.
• Foster a culture of governance, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
