Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Strong fixed asset accounting and depreciation knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly capital spend and reimbursements.
• Forecast capex spend and depreciation monthly/quarterly.
• Consolidate assets from multiple ERP systems into a global register.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Support SOX compliance and tax filings.
• Develop reports and dashboards on capital spending and asset management.
• Assist with ERP enhancements affecting fixed asset accounting.
