Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), part of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an NPI CapEx / AR Analyst to join the CBS Global NPI organization in Valley Green, PA (travel may be required). You will own global tracking of capital equipment, AR activity, and budgets, and align investments with program demand, capacity, and readiness dates across multiple sites and functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related.
3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing CapEx, equipment procurement, or analytics.
Experience managing large data sets, trackers, and cross-functional action lists.
Knowledge of capital equipment lifecycle from requirement through production release.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, ERP/MRP, SharePoint, or project-tracking tools.
Ability to align investments with program demand and readiness dates.
Strong communication and escalation skills across global teams.
Travel - approximately 10-20% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Own global tracking and governance of NPI capital equipment and AR activity.
Maintain a single global tracker by program, site, equipment type, supplier, budget, and status.
Link capital requests to program demand, capacity, and production dates.
Coordinate with Global NPI, IE, Finance, Purchasing, PM, and sites to reconcile requirements.
Provide leadership with budget exposure, unapproved requirements, and supplier risk.
Coordinate end-to-end capital-request process with data and justification.
Equipment requirement reconciliation against inventory and capacity.
Track supplier design, FAT, shipment, installation, and ramp milestones.
Maintain budget vs forecast and resolve mismatches.
Maintain asset visibility and potential redeployment.
Maintain risk and escalation register; quantify impact.
Develop dashboards for CapEx by program/site and budget at risk.
Create templates and data standards for global NPI process.
