Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of project management or related experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to partner with customers with clear communications and expectations management.
• Proven ability to organize and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives while leading project team efforts across new equipment and retrofits from quote to customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategy, adjustments, and progress for a clean project delivery.
• Partner with finance to prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to ensure adequate staffing and cost.
• Track project costs to meet time and budget.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement with process discipline and collaboration.
• Develop and strengthen project management processes, tools, and capabilities.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of five employees through performance reviews.
• Participate in project and install planning meetings to provide guidance and ensure open communication.
