Job summary

Prologis seeks an Capital Deployment Intern for a 10-12 week summer program in South Florida. You will join the Capital Deployment team to drive AI initiatives and automate the market strategy memo process, while reviewing Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and quality.

You will collaborate with leaders, attend seminars, and gain hands-on experience across departments, building workplace acumen and contributing to meaningful projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study.

Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.

A day in the life

You will help the South Florida Capital Deployment team improve the efficiency of its work through AI initiatives and process automation. A focus area is automating the market strategy memo process, including improving how the process works and how its documents function. You will also review Salesforce records in LDM and CDP to support accurate, useful deployment data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support AI initiatives intended to improve the Capital Deployment team’s efficiency.

• Assist with automating the market strategy memo process and improving document functionality.

• Review Salesforce LDM and CDP records for accuracy and usefulness.

• Identify outdated, incomplete, or redundant records during the Salesforce data review.

• Document data-quality findings and process improvements for the team.

Building blocks for success

Required:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce or data-quality review.

• Project experience involving workflow automation, document processes, or AI-enabled business tools.

• Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of:

Undergraduate: $25-$30 per hour. Graduate: $35-$40 per hour.
