Job summary

AspenTech seeks a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Capital Cost Estimation solutions and drive growth for CAPEX/OPEX estimation tools in the Process Industry. You will define the product vision, roadmaps, and work with cross‑functional teams to transform engineering workflows into intuitive web experiences.

In a SAFe environment you will manage the backlog in Azure DevOps, collaborate with R&D, UX/UI, Sales, and stakeholders, and conduct continuous discovery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical or business field.
MBA is preferred.
5+ years of experience in enterprise software Product Management.
Strong understanding of capital cost estimation, cost modeling, or heavy industrial project planning.
Proven track record leading product development efforts and analyzing customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends.
Deep expertise in SAFe and hands‑on backlog management in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap for our capital cost estimation portfolio.
Function as the primary Solution Manager in a SAFe environment and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps.
