Job summary

Worcester State University seeks a Director, Capital Campaign to lead planning, execution, and governance of the institution's capital campaign. You will coordinate with the VPUA, senior leaders, trustees, staff, and volunteers to deliver on fundraising priorities.

This role requires strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate progress to donors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of fundraising and campaign coordination experience.
• Experience with capital or comprehensive campaigns preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the comprehensive capital campaign plan.
• Oversee prospect management, volunteer engagement, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor campaign policies, timelines, and communications.
• Collaborate across university leadership and donors to ensure success.
