Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of capital planning, forecasting, project analysis, and controls; experience with capital-intensive operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High degree of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day capital asset planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance activities.
• Serve as SME on Capital Management Policy compliance for cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to support project planning and financial decisions.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan for capital planning and modeling.
• Monitor project performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances and risks.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and metrics for capital spending and status.
• Coach and train less experienced team members on capital processes.
