Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst, Capital Assets to join our Oak Brook, IL finance team. You will lead capital asset planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Shared Services to support investment decisions and policy compliance.

You will drive annual planning, monitor budgets, and deliver insights to leaders, while coaching teammates on best practices and financial controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 3-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related finance role, preferably in a CPG/manufacturing environment.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of capital planning, forecasting, and financial controls; experience with capital-intensive operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day capital asset planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance activities.
• Serve as SME on Capital Management Policy compliance and guidance to partners.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations leaders for project planning and financial decision-making.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan for capital planning and modeling, including scenarios.
