Job summary

JLL is seeking a CAR/CIF Program Manager to centrally orchestrate the Capital Asset Replacement and Capital Improvement Forecast programs for a major corporate account. You will manage the lifecycle of asset data—collection, validation, and conversion into a five-year rolling capital forecast—while translating facility information into actionable capital plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data-heavy capital program initiatives.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and capital planning processes.
• Ability to translate complex facility data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own CAR data management and dashboard outputs; resolve discrepancies.
• Lead quarterly CIF/CPT routines with regional meetings and stakeholders.
• Analyze CAR data and FCIs to manage CIF/CPT master files.
• Reconcile CAR outputs with CPT, IT/Telecom plans, and disposition plans.
• Coordinate inputs from Site Facility Managers and IFM team members.
• Provide governance updates to JLL account and client leadership.
• Partner with IFM Ops Director on Corrigo asset data and site assessments.
• Deliver CAR dashboard trainings for stakeholders; ensure transparency.
• Support long-term goals including enhanced reporting and 10-year CIF.
• Capture and track decisions from regional capital planning reviews.
