The Sales Manager will lead talent recruitment, retention, and development across North and South America, building a diverse team to differentiate Pall from competitors. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing funnel activities, and maintaining key customer relationships. The role reports to the Americas Sales Director and is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
• Expand market share through customer relationships and technology promotion.
• Maintain relationships with senior management and key clients.
• Provide technical support to account teams.
• Develop insights into customer needs and industry trends.
• Lead and support a high-performing sales organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or similar.
• Customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive sense of urgency and initiative.

Additional Details:

• Travel up to 50% within North and South America.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred experience in filtration products and energy solutions.
