Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, accounting, financial analysis, or internal controls.
• Experience supporting leaders in financial planning, forecasting, cost management, and business case development.
• Experience in financial modeling including capital cost/benefit, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience with change initiatives, process improvements, or automation for better reporting/forecasting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with financial systems (e.g., Essbase, PeopleSoft).
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
• Support forecasting by gathering data, analyzing trends, and developing projections.
• Work with senior leadership to develop plans to achieve financial goals.
• Serve as Capital Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) owner and track performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor CBAs with assumptions and impacts.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and update financial models for budgeting and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial information.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
