Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC client is seeking a Capital Sales Rep to drive product growth in medical aesthetics. You will launch new products, manage existing accounts, and acquire new business while promoting solutions to physicians and key decision makers.

The role requires strong sales performance, the ability to travel within a defined territory, and expertise in clinical language and sales cycles. A base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with uncapped commissions and excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Min. 2+ years of sales experience in capital equipment, medical device and/or aesthetics.
• Background in skincare, lasers, and capital sales.
• Experience in hunting new business and account management.
• Documented sales success of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong clinical language, techniques, and procedural workflows.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales quotas within territory.
• New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call.
• Upsell within existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as SME on product indications, benefits and usage.
• Manage contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast trends and track performance metrics.
• Build relationships with key decision makers.
• Support post-installation training and problem solving to drive sales.
