Job summary

Tally Energy is seeking a Capillary & Gauge Field Technician/Driver to support field installations, troubleshooting, and optimization of capillary and downhole gauge systems. The role includes driving responsibilities and direct customer interaction in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment transport, installing and retrieving capillary/gauge gear, and advising customers on procedures and system performance.

Qualifications

• CDL Driver’s License with 1-4 years’ experience required.
• Advanced working knowledge or artificial lift/ Capillary/Gauge systems.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience Capillary/Gauge equipment preferred in artificial lift, production, completions, or similar oilfield operation(s).

Responsibilities

• Interpret and prepare capillary/gauge equipment; select appropriate equipment for field use.
• Coordinate and ensure safe transportation of equipment from the shop to the well site.
• Oversee installation and retrieval of capillary/gauge equipment while monitoring equipment and personnel for safe, efficient operation.
• ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) spooling experience required.
• Advise customers on job progress and determine any necessary modifications or deviations from initial procedures.
