Job summary

The Capillary and Gauge Combo Spooler Technician at Tally Personnel, LLC based in Midland, TX will assist in installing Capillary/Gauge equipment and peripheral devices. This role acts as a company representative to optimize and troubleshoot Capillary & Down Hole Gauge systems at customer sites.

You will drive the equipment from shop to well sites, coordinate safe transport, conduct pre-job safety meetings, and work with customers to ensure proper installation and retrieval procedures are

Qualifications

• 1–2 years ESP spooling experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ Capillary/Gauge equipment experience in oilfield ops.
• Experience with artificial lift, production, or completions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull, install, and repair ESP cable and band installations.
• Inspect cable splices and maintain records.
• Coordinate equipment transport from shop to well site.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings with onsite personnel.
• Oversee installation and retrieval of Capillary/Gauge equipment.
