GlobalFoundries is seeking a Capital Equipment Execution & Tool Enablement Coordinator to provide dedicated sourcing and execution support for capital expansion programs. You will coordinate activities from approved specs through production handoff, working with GF sites, suppliers, engineering, facilities, and logistics to protect cost, schedule, quality, and tool readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (SCM, business, engineering, operations or PM).
• 5+ years in sourcing, capital equipment, supplier management, or related.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with suppliers.
• Experience with RFQs, bids, POs, contracts, and change management.
• Strong project-management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to supplier and GF locations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate capital equipment sourcing from specification and configuration approval through tool acceptance and production handoff.
• Support finalization of tool specifications, configurations, construction and facilities interfaces, and hardware-option trade-offs with engineering, site, and supplier teams.
• Enable commercial execution, including RFQ support, bid evaluation, pricing and terms alignment, supplier onboarding, purchase order placement, and contract execution.
• Coordinate supplier commitments for tool build, long-lead items, subtools, delivery schedules, field-service resources, and installation support.
• Maintain alignment between suppliers and GF teams for delivery, move-in, installation, and site acceptance test readiness.
• Coordinate logistics, export-control, customs, trade-compliance, and shipment-planning activities with responsible teams.
