GLOBALFOUNDRIES U.S. INC. is seeking a Capital Equipment Execution & Tool Enablement Coordinator to provide dedicated sourcing and execution support for capital expansion programs in New York.

The role coordinates commercial, supplier, logistics, installation-readiness, qualification, ramp, and production handoff activities to enable new capital equipment from approved specs to production handoff. The incumbent will work across GF functions to protect cost, schedule, quality, and tool readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of sourcing, capital equipment, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with RFQs, bid analyses, POs, contracts, delivery commitments, and change management.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage milestones and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel to supplier and GF locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate capital equipment sourcing and execution from specification through tool acceptance and handoff.
• Finalize tool specifications and configurations with engineering, site, and supplier teams.
• Support RFQ, bid evaluation, pricing, onboarding, POs, and contract execution.
• Coordinate commitments for tool build, subtools, deliveries, and field-service resources.
• Maintain alignment between suppliers and GF teams for delivery, installation, and site readiness.
• Coordinate logistics, export controls, customs, trade-compliance, and shipment planning.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and cost/ schedule impacts; escalate as needed.
• Support factory acceptance, shipment release, startup, qualification, and ramp activities.
• Manage performance of suppliers, contract labor, and subcontractors against program requirements.
• Oversee first-fill consumables, spare parts, training, warranty, and handoff to production.
• Maintain program documentation and dashboards for governance and audits.
