Job summary

Host Hotels & Resorts in Bethesda is seeking a Manager of Capex Reporting to lead capital expenditure reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with Development/Design & Construction, Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent capital tracking and analysis.

The role emphasizes enhancements to the CHAMPION platform and delivering insightful capital spend performance, with a focus on collaboration across departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an accredited university/college.
• 5 years of accounting experience; fixed asset, lodging accounting, and reporting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and 10-year capital plans coordination.
• Prepare and review Capital Plan package for Investment Committee.
• Support enhancements to the CHAMPION capital tracking platform and leverage AI for data quality improvements.
• Deliver internal and external management reports on project status and capital spend.
• Ensure timely project closeout in CHAMPION and maintain data integrity.
