Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Capex & Project Controls in Wisconsin to own CapEx financial modeling for a major multi-state manufacturing project. You will manage financing draws, budgets, and variances while partnering with engineering, construction, and accounting to deliver compliant financial reporting.

Key qualifications include 4+ years FP&A experience with CapEx modeling, a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills; NetSuite experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A experience maintaining CapEx financial models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CapEx financial model for a major multi-state project.
• Manage project financing and draw processes, tracking budgets and variances.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and accounting to map milestones to financial reporting.
• Provide forecasting and reporting on project performance and capital investments.
• Leverage NetSuite, Excel, and AI tools to improve analysis and reporting.
