Job summary
Zaddy Solutions is seeking a CapEx Procurement Manager to lead sourcing for food manufacturing equipment, engineering services, construction, and other capital purchases in Georgia. You will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, finance, suppliers, and global procurement teams.
The role is on-site with travel between Newnan and LaGrange, including domestic and international trips as needed. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts, analyze total
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 10+ years of procurement/engineering experience.
- 7+ years in CapEx procurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for equipment, engineering and construction projects.
- Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, POs and invoicing.
- Define equipment specifications, delivery schedules and supplier expectations.
- Negotiate complex contracts and multi-year agreements addressing pricing, delivery and risk.
- Apply total cost of ownership analysis to purchasing decisions.
- Identify qualified suppliers and improve value and supply continuity.
- Monitor procurement performance, cost savings, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with global procurement teams and support international purchases.
