Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a CapEx Procurement Manager to support its Georgia operations and a major new plant development. Lead sourcing for food manufacturing equipment, engineering services, construction, and other capital purchases; collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, finance, suppliers, and global procurement teams.

The role is on-site with travel between Newnan and LaGrange. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in procurement with 7+ years in CapEx, experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of procurement experience with 7+ years in CapEx is required.
• Experience sourcing food manufacturing or processing equipment and related services.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; on-site in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food manufacturing equipment, engineering, construction, and facility improvement projects.
• Manage the full procurement process, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, invoice resolution, and supplier performance.
• Partner with engineering and operations to define equipment specifications, project requirements, delivery schedules, and supplier expectations.
• Negotiate complex contracts and multi-year agreements, addressing pricing, delivery, warranties, performance, and commercial risk.
• Apply total cost of ownership analysis to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify qualified suppliers and develop market intelligence to improve value, supply continuity, and project execution.
• Monitor procurement performance, cost savings, supplier commitments, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with global procurement teams and support international equipment purchases, including import and export requirements.
• Identify risks early and work with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
