Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a CapEx Procurement Manager for its Georgia operations to support a major new plant development. You will lead sourcing for food manufacturing equipment, engineering services, construction, and other capital purchases, collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and suppliers.

This on-site role requires travel between Newnan and LaGrange, with some domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of procurement/engineering experience.
• 7+ years CapEx procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing food manufacturing equipment and related services.
• Knowledge of CapEx and MRO sourcing and international procurement.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage commercial risk.
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for equipment, engineering, construction, and facility projects.
• Manage RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice resolutions.
• Define equipment specs, project requirements, delivery schedules, and supplier expectations with engineering/operations.
• Negotiate high-value contracts including multi-year agreements.
• Apply total cost of ownership analyses to guide purchasing decisions.
• Identify qualified suppliers and build market intelligence to improve value and continuity.
• Monitor procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier commitments.
• Coordinate with global procurement teams for international equipment purchases.
• Identify risks early and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Travel between Georgia sites and domestically/internationally as needed.
