Sitting within the Finance team, the CAPEX Finance Manager owns the tracking, forecasting, and financial oversight of all capital expenditure (capex) across the business. The role manages and coordinates capital investment cases with stakeholders and runs the monthly CAPEX Monthly Performance Review (MPR) and forecast cycles, ensuring capital projects are delivered in line with company financial policies and strategic objectives. While the remit spans capex business-wide, a significant portion of the role is focused on partnering with the Construction department, which represents approximately half of total capex spend. The position works closely with operational teams, Accounting, and external vendors to provide reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement support.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, accounting, finance advisory or another analytical finance role. Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, cost and variance analysis, management reporting, and investment appraisal/business cases. Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial analysis into clear insights and recommendations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
5+ years of experience in capital expenditure management, construction, real estate, or infrastructure finance
Limited. Driving to meetings as needed using Company pool car.
Minimum 40 hours/week
Ability to work at a desk in office environment, ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
