Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Houston, TX is seeking an early-career Capex Analyst to support capital expenditure programs across 36 communities. You will assist with reporting, budgeting, procurement, and data management across ERP systems, helping keep projects on track and leadership informed.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1–5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/real estate or related field.
• 1–5 years in real estate, hospitality, senior living or facilities management roles.
• Advanced PowerPoint/Excel, budgeting, procurement, project tracking and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute routine capex reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain capex tracking across Belmont Village communities.
• Monitor project timelines and flag delays; escalate as needed.
• Manage data in ERP platforms and prepare executive decks.
• Create presentations for ownership reviews and updates.
