Requirements include a BA/BS in business or technical field and 8+ years in capital construction or cost controls, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum eight years in capital construction, project controls, or related functions.
• Five+ years managing cost controls for capital construction projects.
• Experience with cost analysis, budgets and forecasts.
• Advanced, detail-oriented, multitask capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost control and forecasting for small capex projects.
• Report actual vs. baseline costs and prepare final cost reports.
• Manage change orders and updated forecasts with project teams.
• Develop time-phased invoicing plans aligned to budgets.
• Translate cost data for client progress and cost databases.
