Job summary

Domino's Hyannis in Cape Cod, MA is seeking a full-time restaurant supervisor to plan, direct and coordinate daily assignments and operations of the Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis.

This role involves leading a team, managing inventory and deliveries, ensuring health and safety compliance, handling customer inquiries and deposits, and coordinating staff scheduling, training, reviews, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently, communicate information effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages;
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving and cleaning methods
• schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records
• handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or other, count monies and make deposits;
• schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team
• determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff;
• prepare employee review and performance reports;
• plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.
