Job summary

GOFO is seeking a Carrier Management professional in Lewisville, TX to handle contract execution, renewals, and day-to-day carrier relationships. You will maintain carrier data in the TMS, support rate sheets with Finance, and collaborate with Legal on contract tracking within the system.

You should bring 1–3 years in trucking or carrier management, strong negotiation and data-analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. This is a full-time on-site role in the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in trucking, capacity sourcing, or carrier management preferred; may be relaxed for strong entry-level graduates.
• Familiar with the U.S. trucking market, rate structures, and carrier operating models.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier contract execution, renewals, and day-to-day carrier management.
• Maintain carrier information in the TMS system and regularly track and update insurance and other qualification documents.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to maintain carrier rate sheets and support freight settlement and reconciliation.
• Work with the legal team to upload, track, and maintain contracts within the legal system.
• Partner with transit time monitoring, dispatch operations, and warehouse teams to oversee carrier service performance.
• Monitor carrier performance, capacity utilization, and service exceptions, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Track U.S. trucking market trends and rate movements, providing sourcing strategies and cost optimization recommendations.
