C.H. Robinson Worldwide is offering an Intern - Capacity Portfolio Representative starting Summer 2027.

You will engage with carriers, learn internal processes, and support the sales team as you gain hands-on experience in business development and account management. Throughout the program, you’ll receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, work with Navisphere®, and contribute to improving client and carrier relationships while building your network in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
• Build strong relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Learn and effectively use best-in-class technology systems, including Navisphere® against our proprietary global supply chain platform.
• Learn and apply skills across multiple areas of the transportation and logistics industry, including sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
