Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Intern - Capacity Portfolio Representative for Summer 2027 in Minneapolis, MN. This paid internship introduces you to business development and account management within a leading logistics provider.

You’ll engage with carriers, learn Navisphere and other systems, and contribute to solutions that optimize supply chains. The program combines onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on experience across sales, operations, and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
• Build strong relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Learn and effectively use best-in-class technology systems, including Navisphere®.
• Learn and apply skills across multiple areas of the transportation and logistics industry, including sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
