C.H. Robinson in Minnesota is offering a Summer 2027 Capacity Portfolio Representative intern position. You'll work with carriers, learn internal processes, and contribute to optimizing supply chains while gaining hands-on experience in sales and business development.

The program includes onboarding, mentorship, exposure to Navisphere, and networking in logistics. You'll develop negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills that prepare you for a career in supply chain.

• Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices
• Build strong relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers
• Learn and effectively use best-in-class technology systems, including our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere®
• Learn and apply skills across multiple areas of transportation and logistics, including sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems
