Job summary

Waseyabek Development Company LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the Capacity Planning effort for Hill AFB's IT operations. You will manage scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables while guiding the Capacity Planning team across 2,000+ servers and 250+ applications.

Responsibilities include forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis within the ITIL framework, with coordination across government stakeholders and CPM. Strong leadership and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of IT project management or technical coordination experience.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure, modernization, or data center projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in enterprise IT environments.
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITIL Capacity Management process including forecasting and performance analysis.
• Direct and coordinate the Capacity Planning team.
• Develop project scope, schedules, staffing, and communication plans.
• Oversee development of the Capacity Plan and quarterly capacity reports.
• Ensure capacity activities support hosting sustainment and modernization.
• Track performance, risks, dependencies, and schedule adherence.
• Provide updates for status reports and required meetings.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
