Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Capacity Finance team within FP&A. You will support forecasting, capacity-related financial modeling, and variance analysis across GPU/CPU/storage/network infrastructure.

Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Treasury to align operational plans with financial outcomes. The role emphasizes complex financial modeling, large datasets, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or related business field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills.
• Experience with large datasets and linking drivers to financial outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of structuring ambiguous issues.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally in changing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ownership in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models supporting capacity planning and infrastructure investments.
• Support forecast, close, annual planning, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze actuals vs forecast; explain variances in deployment timing, hardware mix, utilization, and cost movements.
• Translate operational inputs into financial impacts across Capex, depreciation, cost of revenue, cash flow, and margin.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Datacenter Infra, and Finance to evaluate assumptions and risks.
• Track and report capacity and financial KPIs, including utilization and capital efficiency metrics.
• Prepare reporting and commentary for Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve reporting consistency, model controls, and planning processes as the business scales.
