Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Capacity Finance team. This role will support the Director of Capacity Finance in preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational information to increase transparency, drive performance, and enable proactive business planning.

The candidate will lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A, maintain forecast models and databases, and own infrastructure reporting including regional capex analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5–7 years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience with cloud or data center infrastructure.
• Advanced Excel, with complex models (power query, array formulas).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A.
• Develop and maintain forecast models, budgets, and databases.
• Own infrastructure reporting and multi-regional capex models.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to track and forecast KPIs.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with capacity planning, fleet ops, and supply chain to optimize capex.
• Support Fixed Asset Accounting processes.
