Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join Capacity Finance to prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational information, increasing transparency, driving performance, and enabling proactive planning. You\'ll partner with CFO/COO and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A, build and refine forecast models, manage multi-regional capex, report KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5–7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure.
• Advanced Excel with complex models.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics.
• Excellent communication with executives.
• GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with SQL, Netsuite, and AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A.
• Forecasts and budgeting model maintenance.
• Own infrastructure reporting across multi-regional assets.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations on KPIs.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports and KPI analyses.
• Collaborate with capacity planning and supply chain on forecasts.
• Support Fixed Asset Accounting improvements.
