CoreWeave is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Capacity Finance team within FP&A. This role sits at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and operations, supporting the planning and analysis behind our global hardware and datacenter footprint.
This person will support forecasting, capacity‑related financial modeling, variance analysis, and investment decision support across GPU, CPU, storage, and network infrastructure. They will partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Datacenter Infrastructure, Revenue Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Corporate FP&A to connect operational plans with financial outcomes.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with large and changing datasets, and building analyses that directly inform high‑impact decisions. Optimally, this person will have previous experience with building large, complex operational models, skills in data organization and automation, exceptional abilities in complex financial modeling and economic analysis, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
