Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager, BD Excellence Capability Programs to administer a portfolio of enterprise capability-building initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and engagement programs. The role operates within the BD Excellence Global Capability team to ensure consistent delivery, governance, and measurable outcomes.

This position emphasizes program planning, coordination, and data-driven insights to accelerate adoption of BD Excellence practices and strengthen workforce

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple capability-building programs in a matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and project management capability.
• Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the full portfolio of BD Excellence capability-building programs.
• Coordinate cohorts, logistics, facilitators, and materials; ensure participant experience.
• Administer onboarding for BD Leaders and associates; drive onboarding effectiveness.
• Track participation, completion, and impact metrics across programs.
• Partner with leaders, HR and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with priorities.
