• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, or MBA preferred

• Listening system design and ownership
• Preferred: management consulting background (strategy or organization/people practice) and/or senior HR leadership roles in large, complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise standards for people leaders and measure manager effectiveness across the enterprise
• Lead enterprise strategic workforce planning and model talent supply/demand across critical roles
• Partner with BD University on training delivery to close capability gaps
• Shape the enterprise listening system and engagement strategy to drive measurable business outcomes
• Advise senior leaders on engagement themes, sentiment, culture risks, and organizational effectiveness opportunities
• Conduct organizational capability reviews with HRBPs and leaders to identify barriers and gaps
• Own Leadership Future Fit metric and track progress as an organizational indicator
• Integrate capability planning into BD's strategic planning cycle
• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives spanning functions and segments
• Lead enterprise talent and engagement initiatives identified by CEO/CPO
• Monitor ROI of interventions and present data-driven insights to executives
• Lead and develop a team of organizational effectiveness specialists

Education

Bachelor's degree required
