Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior learning and development leader to build and deliver capability training programs across onboarding and development. The role supports classroom, virtual, and online delivery, translating creative learning visions into practical solutions that drive business goals.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in instructional design, sales training, and Train-the-Trainer programs, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 11+ years of specific experience
• Master’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver capability training programs including onboarding and development
• Develop engaging learning solutions for classroom, virtual, or online delivery
• Demonstrate a creative learning vision aligned to business goals
• Provide sales and business SME on key sales operation initiatives and program launches
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, availability and market share through training
• Evaluate impact using training measurements and recommend leadership actions
• Create reinforcement materials and follow-up sessions to support adoption
• Conduct capability assessments and surveys virtually or in the field
• Execute a communication plan for training down to the front-line
• Oversee development and delivery of Train-the-Trainer programs
• Create exceptional learning experiences and develop people
• Travel up to 30%
• Other projects or duties as assigned
