Job summary

FIS is seeking a Capability Experience Designer for Engineering & Infrastructure to shape how engineers interact with Agentic AI tools and modern infrastructure. You will design end-to-end experiences, enablement touchpoints, and scalable patterns that help engineers adopt new capabilities while maintaining accountability.

Collaborating with Engineering leadership, Platform teams, and SRE partners, you will translate complex technology changes into intuitive experiences across the engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience designing enablement, learning, or behavior-change solutions for engineers or tech teams.
• Strong UX fundamentals and prototyping skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end engineer experiences for Agentic AI adoption.
• Map service delivery journeys and identify high-impact enablement moments.
• Create onboarding journeys for AI capabilities and workflows.
• Develop scalable assets like runbooks, templates, and decision frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and platform teams to align solutions.
