Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 1–5 years in manufacturing/process/quality engineering.
• Proven experience with PFMEA, Control Plan development, SPC, RCA, and CAPA.
• Knowledge of RCA methods (5-Whys, Fishbone, 8D) and CAPA integration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional investigations and implement sustainable actions.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contract access.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional PFMEA workshops and document action plans.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions with owners and deadlines.
• Perform Root-Cause Analysis and CAPA tracking.
• Lead New Product Introduction and Capital Equipment Integration.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Mentor team on RCA and CAPA methodologies.
• Collaborate with QA, IS, IPT, and design teams.
