Job summary

McNaughton-McKay Electric Company of Ohio is seeking a CAP Supervisor to lead the regional Customer Alliance Program team and drive customer relationships and account management. You will support sales efforts, coordinate with Account Managers on proposals and implementations, and manage new CAP accounts and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with warehouse operations and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional CAP operations and daily team activities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate team members.
• Support CAP sales efforts by partnering with Account Managers on customer presentations, pricing, and account implementation.
• Manage new CAP account setup and ongoing account maintenance.
• Visit customer locations to review inventory performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate CAP meetings and maintain program materials and resources.
• Develop, maintain, and improve CAP processes and procedures.
• Support regional quality and operational initiatives.
