Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Field Canvasser to engage homeowners in Cincinnati-area neighborhoods, promote our remodeling services, and collect information to schedule appointments. The role emphasizes outbound interaction, relationship-building, and sharing knowledge about our offerings.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, comfortable walking outdoors, and able to drive to various neighborhoods as part of a full-time schedule (approximately 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• Experience canvassing neighborhoods or outdoor outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability with transportation and ability to walk/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
• Engage with homeowners, provide information, answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Educate potential customers on services offered and perks of working with Bath & Cabinet Experts.
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects.
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to support team goals.

• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects
