Bath & Cabinet Experts in Cincinnati is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to drive lead generation and customer engagement outdoors. The role focuses on introducing our remodeling services to homeowners and scheduling appointments, with a frontline leadership component for a Monday–Friday, 30-hour week.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to walk and stand for extended periods while representing a rapidly growing home-improvement company in the Midwest.

• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services and offerings.
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects.
• Track and report on lead generation progress to contribute to team success.

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods, introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners
• Engage professionally with homeowners, providing information and answering questions in a friendly, approachable manner
• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services, highlighting our offerings and expertise
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to contribute to team success
