GreenEnergy Windows is seeking a Canvassing Manager in Montgomery, AL to lead and coach a field canvassing team, driving lead generation and territory coverage. You will train canvassers, monitor performance, and optimize scheduling to maximize results, working hands-on with drivers and local teams.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance metrics, and structured field supervision to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing door-to-door canvassing or field sales teams.
• Experience coaching field representatives on live customer conversations, including script delivery and objection handling.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for local team oversight.

As Canvassing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the top of the sales funnel by leading a field team that creates new opportunities with homeowners. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building team performance, improving day‑to‑day execution, and helping representatives succeed through strong coaching, structure, and accountability.
