Job summary

GreenEnergy Windows is seeking a Canvassing Manager to lead a field team of canvassers, driving top-of-funnel opportunities with homeowners. You will coach, schedule, and optimize daily field operations to exceed lead generation goals.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll monitor performance, train new canvassers on scripts and brand messaging, and coordinate territory coverage to ensure reliable, scalable growth. Valid driver's license and US work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing door-to-door canvassing or field sales teams.
• Experience coaching field representatives on live customer conversations and lead conversion.
• Ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver's license and transportation for local oversight.

As Canvassing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the top of the sales funnel by leading a field team that creates new opportunities with homeowners. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building team performance, improving day‑to‑day execution, and helping representatives succeed through strong coaching, structure, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
