GreenEnergy Windows is seeking a Canvassing Manager in Tallahassee, FL to lead a field team, drive weekly lead generation, and coach canvassers on scripts and brand messaging. You will optimize territory coverage, plan routes, and manage daily team schedules to ensure performance targets are met.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of field sales management experience, strong coaching skills, a valid driver’s license, and US work eligibility. Base salary plus commissions and overrides offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing door-to-door canvassing or field sales teams.
• Experience coaching live customer conversations, including scripting and objection handling.
• Ability to optimize productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.

As Canvassing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the top of the sales funnel by leading a field team that creates new opportunities with homeowners. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building team performance, improving day‑to‑day execution, and helping representatives succeed through strong coaching, structure, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation for local team oversight.
