Window Nation in Canton, OH is hiring Canvassers to engage homeowners door-to-door, sharing information about our window products and representing us at local events. Training is paid and bonuses are available. You will work Mon–Fri 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, outdoors, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Canton, OH & surrounding communities (Painesville, Madison, and Chardon and other nearby towns).

No sales experience? No problem! We offer paid training and real coaching to help you succeed and grow your career.

What You'll Do:

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involvesworking outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).

• Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.

• Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.

• Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.

• Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of work experience

• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previousexperience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion

• Good communicationskills and comfortable speaking with new people

Standard Work Schedule:

Must be available to work Mon–Fri from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

NOTE: This work schedule may change periodically depending on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.
