Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is hiring Canvassers to engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and schedule free exterior inspections for our Sales team in the Kansas City market. You’ll work outdoors, walk neighborhoods, and report to the Lee's Summit office for team meetings and daily assignments.

We offer paid training, supportive leadership, and uncapped performance bonuses. You’ll start with a full-time W-2 arrangement, earning $17/hour with bonuses and weekly pay, plus opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile applications.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

Looking for a job that gets you out from behind a desk?

Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Canvassing Team. As a Canvasser, you'll work directly in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Aspen Contracting and scheduling free exterior property inspections for our Sales team.

No canvassing experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to succeed.

Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas.

Important:

Although training is provided virtually by our Regional Canvassing leadership team, you will report to the Lee's Summit office for team meetings, daily assignments, and business-related activities while working alongside the local General Manager and Sales team.

Outdoor Door-to-Door Appointment Setting Walking Neighborhoods Daily
