Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking energetic Canvassers to join the Kansas market. You’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our services, and schedule free exterior property inspections for the Sales team.

This field-based role includes paid training, weekly pay, and uncapped bonuses. No canvassing experience is required—training provided. You’ll work outdoors, travel locally, and participate in team meetings to drive new business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile applications.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

• Walk assigned neighborhoods throughout the day.
• Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently.

Description

Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Canvassing Team. As a Canvasser, you\'ll work directly in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Aspen Contracting and scheduling free exterior property inspections for our Sales team.

No canvassing experience? No problem. We\'ll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to succeed.

Office 496 – Kansas Market

Field-Based Position

Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.

Important: This position services communities throughout Kansas. Although training is provided virtually by our Regional Canvassing leadership team, you\'ll work within your assigned territory and participate in team meetings, training, and business-related activities at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.

Work Environment: Outdoor • Door-to-Door Appointment Setting • Walking Neighborhoods Daily

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $17.00/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Full-Time, including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market

Experience: No canvassing experience required
