DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach staff to achieve targets. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, frontline coaching, and dynamic performance management in outdoor environments.

You will recruit, train, and motivate canvassers, coordinate door-to-door outreach, and ensure timely appointment setting. The position favors proactive leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings and value team development.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
